I am very happy to launch the new website of St. Anthony’s High School, Faisal Town, Lahore. As you know, education is the main focus and priority of our Archdiocese. We want to provide quality education to our children so that they can become active and faithful members of the Church and useful citizens of Pakistan. I do hope that the new website will help to build a family-spirit of love, support and cooperation among all the educators of CBE school system. It can be a very useful tool to improve internal communication, share success stories and creative ideas and inspire new ways to raise the standard of education. Parents and students could also benefit from the website. I would specially stress that the website should not be the sole responsibility of St. Anthony’s High School, Faisal Town, Lahore, but a collaborative effort of all the schools. Children are our future. Our future depends on how we educate our children. Being aware of our responsibilities, Catholic Board of Education endeavors relentlessly, to promote and uphold all that involves in securing our future according to God’s plans for us and our country. For this purpose, it runs around one hundred schools in urban and rural areas for the rich and poor, irrespective of caste, creed or ethnic affiliations. These schools’ endeavor to give every student an equal opportunity for his/her wholesome growth with a quality and creative education. We also commit ourselves to impart knowledge with values. Such a growth which is evidently physical will also be intellectual, spiritual, formative and instructive to make them more useful members of society with proper moral values, motivated to serve society and to help in the uplifting of the underprivileged. As the Vice Principal I am privileged to work with many dedicated, innovative, caring staff members, parents and students. My conviction is for every student to find a level of success, to participate in setting his/her goals and have the resources necessary to accomplish those goals.  I am interested to inculcate current trends and in collaboration with administration, create a plan of action to incorporate those trends that are most appropriate into the classrooms to meet the demands of future. One of the largest areas of growth is the increase usage of technology in our classrooms. Our students are involved in a variety of extracurricular activities that allow them the opportunity to grow at their own pace in a safe, nurturing environment. I hope this environment will play a vital role in their learning outcomes. I deem it that the set of values we are cultivating into students is creating a strong foundation of our society that supports the transformation of the culture as well.  I want to empower students as confident, caring, who are creative, curious, and committed to their learning. Our values of respect, integrity, curiosity, and excellence, are behind everything we do as a staff and as a school. I want to be a trustworthy counselor for my students and a reliable facilitator for staff members in my quest. I will prefer to make a strong relationship between students and teachers and a reliable atmosphere between teachers and parents.
